MUSIC MINISTRY

Purpose
The purpose of the music ministry at First Baptist Maddoxtown is to give glory, honor and praise to God through song.
Qualifications
Membership in any of the choirs is strictly voluntary. Each choir member shall display maturity in attitude and action in order to set a good example for all church members and guests. They should support the total program financially, in attendance, participation, and personal growth.
Becoming a Choir Member
Only members of First Baptist Church Maddoxtown may be in the choir. Those wanting to join should simply show up at a scheduled rehearsal, or let the music director know your desire to join. Formal auditions are not required, only a willing spirit, positive attitude, dedication and commitment to the music ministry and all that it requires. For more information contact the Music Director.
SURPRISE, SURPRISE, SURPRISE!
The choir hijacked rehearsal to surprise Bro. Jetoh with a celebratory cookout to recognize his being with us at First Baptist Maddoxtown and for 10 years. We are truly grateful for how he teaches us the proper way to worship, edify and glorify God through our music ministry.
